Tired of Netflix autoplay? Here's how to turn it off

If you enjoy movies and TV streaming on Netflix, then you have no doubt that the service's OpToPlay feature has arrived. It's been around for years, causing frustration for viewers who don't want to be bombarded by unwanted trailers while browsing to see something.

And, while some people - we're watching you, binge-watchers - may enjoy the way the new episodes of the Netflix series begin before the end-credits roll, others like to decide for themselves episodes if they'll move on.

Sign in to your Netflix account
Select your profile photo at the top-right and then click "Manage Profiles." (Yes, that's right: You may have a different setting than the others on your account.)
Select the profile for which you want to disable the op topplay
